Actually, you can stay right side up. But Jason Bean at Everyjoe recommends writing e-mail messages starting at the bottom:
- Attach any attachments
- Write the body
- Write the subject line
- Enter the addressee(s)

I agree completely with Jason. That is how I try to compose emails. Sometimes I switch title and body but body before title is best.
